Catherina Talks Nutrition
Great fitness starts with great nutrition, and I am a big believer in a disciplined approach to food. I avoid sugar, and fizzy drinks, and I stay hydrated – especially when training hard. I also use some Irish-made, high-quality supplements as part of my nutritional regime.
These are suitable for anyone keeping fit or wanting to stay energised, healthy and active.

Client Reviews
This is great, thank you so much Catherina. I really learned so much today and what you taught us really resonates as I can match my aches and pains with my bad habits 😳. I’m dying to get out there and get practicing the right stuff now.
All the very best
Thanks so much for the workshop today, I learned a lot and enjoyed the company of the group. Everyone gelled so well and you have a lovely relaxed facilitating style that allows us to be comfortable asking questions and to soak in the information as the day goes along.
Thanks also for sending on the reminders of the key points from today that no doubt I’ll be checking back in with regularly in the months to come.
Best of luck in the future.
Thanks a million for Saturday…really enjoyed it. It is clear that you have put alot of time and effort into your workshop and we are the lucky ones to benefit from the experience. Look forward to applying this new technique and mindset going forward.
Keep doing what you are doing … you’re a natural teacher/coach and was a pleasure meeting you.
Happy running…
